A creative office to envision LUMINE’s next 30 years
In spring 2018, LUMINE relaunched their office to establish “a creative office to envision LUMINE’s next 30 years”.
The project aimed to develop a highly flexible work environment to emphasize creative work and a creative work style for the further growth of LUMINE.
The new headquarter office employs “Activity Based Working” - a strategy that encourages creative productivity by allowing employees to freely select workspaces according to the activities required by each individual job - and was designed with spaces of various atmospheres and functions. A flexible space called “Campfire”, for all employees to freely use, is especially symbolic. The space is used for work and breaks, as well as in-house events and seminars. Employees naturally gather in the space where art installations, a library and a news stand is also made available to offer inspiration and knowledge.
The new office focused on a design that allows visitors and employees to feel the LUMINE brand. Structured under the three keywords “POP”, “CULTURE” and “INTELLIGENCE”, the new office was designed to the detail with an organic, refined feel, to represent LUMINE and its culture to support women living in the now.
Moving forward, LUMINE will continue to not only improve the work environment but also consider the lifestyle and work style of each employee to support creative work that adds value and enriches lives.
