LUMINE Jakarta—which opened in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Indonesia—celebrated its 1st anniversary on Saturday, December 7, 2019. LUMINE held an anniversary event on Thursday, December 12, 2019 to show appreciation to the various companies and customers in Indonesia who contributed to the opening of LUMINE Jakarta. About 200 guests, including customers, professionals in the fashion industry, influencers, and the media, attended the event which featured a cocktail performance by Singaporean tea brand TWG, live-painting by a calligraphy artist and DJ performances.
New challenges for 2020, the second year of LUMINE Jakarta
For its second year, LUMINE Jakarta’s goal is to become a place for cultural exchange between Indonesia and Japan and to continue to send messages through fashion.
To gain greater acceptance in the Jakarta market, LUMINE will re-examine its targets and offer new brands from the second year.
